Issue 31(1) of the Journal of Plastination marked a significant step forward: papers published from there on will be indexed in SCOPUS.
SCOPUS is Elsevier’s abstract and citation database. It covers nearly 36,377 titles from approximately 11,678 publishers, of which 34,346 are peer-reviewed journals in top-level subject fields: life sciences, social sciences, physical sciences and health sciences. All journals covered in the Scopus database are reviewed each year to ensure high standards are maintained.
This is an important development for the Journal, and will mean that our Journal will now reach a much wider readership, and will attract more submissions of high-quality research and scholarship.
Best wishes to all,
Philip Adds
